The TKRE Story

After a purposeful career break, Tony marks the kickoff of a new journey and chapter with fresh perspective and renewed purpose.

Tony is a seasoned and visionary real estate leader with over two decades of experience turning bold organizational visions into tangible outcomes. Known for his passion for delivering exceptional transactional experiences, he consistently leverages technology innovation and team alignment to drive performance and long-term success. His leadership is marked by a relentless commitment to excellence and an ability to inspire progress across every level of an organization.

In 2016, Tony co-founded SRI and was appointed CEO, the firm transformed by the third year into a full-service real estate consulting firm by developing key business verticals, including auction, business space, capital markets, project marketing, international project marketing and research & consultancy, and grew the salesforce to more than 1,200 salespersons. 

Under his leadership, SRI emerged as one of Singapore’s leading real estate agencies, earning accolades such as the prestigious Enterprise 50 award and the Singapore Fastest Growing Companies award in both 2021 and 2022, achieving topline revenue of over S$100-million under five years of inception. 

At SRI, Tony played a pivotal role in developing the industry-first interactive real estate analytical CRM platform, which integrates users’ transactional data, real-time statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence, accessible with just a click which was widely recognized as an impressive market game-changer. 

Tony stepped down from his CEO role in June 2023 to pursue personal interests.

His real estate journey began in the late 1990s as a salesperson and by 2003, he had built and led a high-performing team of over 500. 

In 2006, he became General Manager of the associates’ division at a global real estate firm, where he scaled the team from 100 to 1,200 and achieved a tenfold increase in revenue over four and a half years. During his time, Tony was inspired by a visit to NAR in USA and launched Singapore’s first property portal in 2008 featuring 720° virtual tours of over 2,800 projects in empowering salespersons to become early adopters of digital marketing. 

In 2010, Tony took the helm of a local boutique firm as CEO, successfully implementing growth strategies that led to its acquisition by a global real estate brand to expand its Southeast Asia residential portfolio. By 2012, Tony was driving regional business development across Singapore, Jakarta and Shanghai. There, he forged strategic partnerships, including securing rights with one of the world’s largest owner-operated commercial real estate networks, and led the firm to a Top 10 industry ranking in under 2 years.
